Home of Franklin D. Roosevelt

It is getting colder and colder during the morning and evening and the leaves of the trees are now turning red and yellow.

My husband and I decided to visit the home of Franklin Roosevelt by our new car before we have snow.
Franklin Roosevelt was the 32nd President of the USA during the mid-20th century.

I remember reading his New Deal Policy during the World History class when I was a high school student.
Yes, it was a long time ago…
His house was huge so I can tell he came from a rich family.

I enjoyed visiting there but I did not know that he supported China a lot during World War Two.
I have mixed feelings a little bit.
Until visiting the place, I did not know that he was handicapped neither.
Anyway, it was a good weekend to go somewhere famous and historical.
